With graduation season drawing to a close, PeerForward is celebrating the accomplishments of our 2021-22 High School Peer Leaders. This year, Peer Leader teams rose to meet the continuing challenges of the pandemic, helping their classmates get to graduation with a plan for the future. Now they are officially PeerForward Alumni, and we can’t wait to see what comes next for them.
We’re not the only ones proud of the Class of 2022 – actor John Ortiz of Fast & Furious 6, Silver Linings Playbook, The Fallout, and more gave a special shoutout to Peer Leaders graduating from high school, college, and trade school this year. Tatianna Crokley graduated from Science and Tech High School this spring. Tatianna chose between 12 college acceptances and will be starting her pre-med studies at Louisiana State University this fall!
Zion Upchurch and Jaden Whitaker graduated from Suitland High School, MD. Jaden sported a cap decorated to celebrate the perseverance of her class. Congrats graduates!
Thoby Laraque graduated in June from Coconut Creek High School in Florida with plans to join the United States military. We are so proud to have you among our alumni, Thoby!

The senior Peer Leader team at Eleanor Roosevelt High School in Maryland celebrated their graduation in June and are now proud members of the PeerForward alumni family. Huge congratulations to Maryanne, Blessing, Briana, and Augustina!
