It’s September, which means the back-to-school season is in full swing! This year, we noticed a trend among our teams’ social media pages as they returned to class. Many of them, both from our high school and college programs, posted “meet your Peer Leaders” graphics on their accounts. While this type of post was seen in past years, we never saw so many teams participate in this trend, especially in such quick succession. The posts ranged in style and detail, showing off the unique brand of each team. Below, you can check some of the examples out for yourself!

Due to the safety settings on some accounts, embedded links are not available for each post. Please follow the highlighted links below each picture to view the full post.

Our Duval Peer Leaders made their post way back in July! They were ready to introduce their team ASAP.

Our Bowie Peer Leaders included self-written bios from each Peer Leader in their post!

Our Kailua Peer Leaders included their Advisors and their team goal in their post!

Our Eagle Peer Leaders are from Cal State LA, making them part of our PeerForward in College program. We are thrilled to see how active their social media has been this year!

Our Crossland Peer Leaders focused their post on introducing their senior Peer Leaders!

Our Pinkston Peer Leaders kept their post short and sweet by focusing solely on names and roles of their team!

Our Academy of Health Sciences Peer Leaders used a cute scrapbook style post to introduce their team. The bios of each Peer Leader includes fun facts like their top 3 dream schools, favorite hobbies, favorite songs, etc!

Our Kahuku Peer Leaders used their post to not only introduce their team, but to introduce the concept of PeerForward as a whole!

Our Wai’anae Peer Leader’s first post since graduation was dedicated to introducing their team, goal, and Advisor. We can’t wait to see what their next post as a team will be!
